Ordering information
Christmas Posting Dates 2024
Please note, the last order date for UK Christmas delivery is 10th December, and 5th December for non UK deliveries.
The prices quoted on the site are fully inclusive of VAT, packaging and shipping costs.
We will usually send your prints or books out within five business days, often less. Once the order leaves our location, delivery time within the UK and Europe usually takes three days, within the US seven days, elsewhere in the world delivery is usually within ten days. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will notify you. All deliveries are made via a registered express signed-for service. You can give any delivery address, including a work or neighbour's address, but a signature will be required.
Our prints are wrapped in acid free tissue and packaged in strong conservation quality protective boards designed to protect the works in transit. Large format artworks will be packaged in reinforced, large-diameter tubes.
Our shop prices are subject to change. This is standard practise in edition publishing, where prices will rise as the edition starts to sell out.
If there is a particular print you are seeking, do contact us and we will try to help you find it.
As long as your order is returned to us in the condition it was received, we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked 28-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us to arrange your return.
Should you encounter any problems making your order, or if you have any further questions please contact Lucy Shortis.
VAT and import charges for EU customers
As of 1st January 2021, the rules for exporting from the UK to the EU have changed.
This means that all shipments to the EU may now attract import charges, these are usually VAT applied by the government of the recipient country and collected by the courier or postal service that is transporting your parcel.
All our books are Zero-rated for VAT in the UK, but in most European countries VAT is charged at between 5 – 20% on books. Customers in the EU will now, unfortunately, be responsible for paying VAT on books in accordance with their country’s laws on shipments from us. Please note that extra charges are not applied by us, but may be applied by customs agencies in your home country.
International customers should also be aware that admin fees can be charged in addition to VAT charges. This is because many governments have asked couriers to collect these charges on their behalf and the couriers have chosen to pass this cost on at the point of delivery.
The rules are different again for prints, as VAT is charged on print products in the UK. These shipments may also attract charges, we will update this section when further information is available.
We advise all international customers to check their own country's rules and regulations prior to purchase, as we can not take responsibility for any taxes and charges made beyond our control.
